This website is run by Sizzlo, Ground Floor, Plaza No. 74, Main Road, Gulshanabad, Adyala Road, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
2What we collect
When you order
- Your name and Pakistan mobile number, so we can confirm your order and our rider can reach you.
- Your delivery location: the pin you place on the map, and your house, street and landmark details.
- Your order: items, choices, notes for the kitchen or rider, and the total.
When you share your location
If you tap Use my current location, your browser asks for permission first. The location is used only to place the pin and check you're within our 5 km delivery area. We don't track your location in the background.
When you send feedback
Your rating and message, and your name, number and order number if you choose to include them.
Automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when pages load, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site running and secure. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics profiles.
3How we use it
- To prepare, confirm and deliver your order, and call you about it.
- To handle complaints, refunds and feedback, and to improve our food and service.
- To prevent fake orders and abuse of our staff and riders.
- To keep records we're required to keep by law.
We won't send you marketing messages unless you've asked us to. You can ask us to stop at any time.
4What stays on your device
To make ordering quicker, this website saves some information in your browser's local storage, on your own phone or computer. It is not sent to us unless you place an order:
- Your current cart.
- Your name, number, address and map pin from your last order, to fill in the checkout next time.
- Your last 20 orders on this device.
You can remove this at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this website. If you use a shared device, we recommend doing so after ordering.
5Services we rely on
- WhatsApp (Meta): at the moment, orders and feedback reach us as WhatsApp messages you send. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to those messages.
- OpenStreetMap: provides the map tiles on the checkout map. Your browser requests map images from their servers.
- Google Maps: the map in the Find Us section is embedded from Google, whose privacy policy applies to it.
- Vercel: hosts this website.
- Cloudflare cdnjs: serves the map software used at checkout.
8How long we keep it
We keep order details for as long as we need them to deliver the order, handle any complaint, and keep business and tax records, and then delete them. Feedback may be kept longer, without your contact details, to help us improve.
9Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for an open order, a complaint or a legal reason.
- Stop contacting you for anything other than your orders.
Message or call us on the number below. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same number you ordered with.
10Children
Our website is meant for adults placing orders. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.
11Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your information, for example when online ordering moves to our own system, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
